| What you should know! I grew up in Sweden and came to the United States in 1971. In addition to my real estate license, I hold a paralegal degree in real estate law and contract law. I speak Swedish and English fluently (of course) and also have knowledge in German, French, Spanish & Japanese. I started selling real estate in 1984 with emphasis on residential, vacant land, and residential income property. I also handle residential leases. I have received numerous awards for my performance in the real estate field throughout my career. I have testified as an expert witness in Los Angeles Superior Court and have been a guest speaker on real estate. I joined Coldwell Banker in 1990 and am proud to be part of the Coldwell Banker team with more than 101,000 sales associates in 3,500 offices in 47 countries. In Southern California alone, we have more than 80 offices and 5,400 sales associates. Here and around the world, Coldwell Banker provides the responsive service of a local brokerage with the stability, resources and international connections of the leading name in real estate. While there are certainly any number of agents ready and willing to assist you, my many years of experience will help insure that you get the optimal deal you deserve. Quite frankly, you are shortchanging yourself if you don't take advantage of my ongoing experience and long-term knowledge of the area and market. As a realtor in the area for many years, I bring that intangible something that will get you in a home you love. As a parent and homeowner, I consider myself part of the community. As such, I am well-placed to understand just how the community can serve you best, to help you discover your own ideal house and location. Likewise, if you are selling your home, my marketing strategy and knowledge of the community will bring many qualifed buyers and result in a speedy sale. As my client, you are my top priority. I am available to you for ongoing communication, as you refine your vision. Let's work together! |
