I obtained my real estate license in 1984 and joined Coldwell Banker in 1990. I
emphasize on residential and income property. I also handle residential leases and
property management. I have testified as an expert witness in real estate in Los
Angeles Superior Court and have been a guest speaker on the subject of real
estate. I have received numerous awards for my performance in the real estate
field throughout my career.

I also hold a paralegal degree with emphasis on real estate, contract law and
probate. My knowledge in these fields has proved to be invaluable in the
negotiations and preparation of the purchase contract.

I am bilingual and fluent in Swedish (and English of course). I also have some
knowledge in German, French, Spanish and Japanese.

I work primarily in the South Bay area of Los Angeles which includes the Palos
Verdes Peninsula, the Beach Cities, Torrance, Lomita & San Pedro. Don't
